Lining paper is a very good choice for walls and ceilings where they are basically sound but the finish is not so good.
For this particular project the room walls were not previously finished to a good standard, and an electrician had created holes in the ceiling to run cables.
The room was completely stripped back, filled, sanded, sealed, and lined.
This was finished off with two coats of paint throughout and a new wooden floor laid.
All together the room looked sharp, clean, and looking new.
